Recipe of Hummus

Hummus

Ingredients🌶️:

  1. Chickpeas/Kabuli Chana – 1 bowl
  2. Curd – 2 tbsp
  3. Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  4. Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
  5. Olive Oil – 1 tbsp
  6. Red Chilli Powder – A Pinch

Recipe 🥄:

  • Boil overnight soaked chickpeas in water and the remove the skin of chickpeas, as in yum_1

  • Now add garlic, salt, lemon juice and olive oil to chickpeas, as in yum_2

  • Finally add curd to this mixture, as in yum_3

  • Blend it in a mixer to make a smooth paste. Voila!! Yours hummus is ready. Top it with olive oil, corriander and red chilli powder. Happy Cooking 🙂 yumyum ❤
